All Fireworks are Prohibited in the City of Highland

Violators will be Prosecuted

Pursuant to Highland Municipal Code Section 8.58.020, it is a violation to possess, use or sell any type of fireworks within city limits. Violation of City ordinance could result in a $1,000 fine and/or arrest.
